How we handle delivery and returns. Costs and timelines shown in your order summary before payment are the ones that apply.
Where we ship
We deliver to Italy and the European Union. For non-EU destinations, contact us before ordering—we review customs and carrier options case by case.
Timelines and costs
After you place the order we review the certificate file you uploaded (format and readability). The block then goes into production and printing; timing depends on workshop load. Shipping is via tracked express courier.
Costs and delivery windows are shown in the cart and checkout based on the address you enter.
What you are ordering
The product is an acrylic block that reproduces the certificate you upload. We do not add custom text, logos, or graphics beyond what is already in your file: you choose the block size and upload your certificate; we print it into the piece.
Packaging
Acrylic blocks ship with cushioning and a rigid box to reduce impact. If the outer packaging is clearly damaged on arrival, accept with reservation and take photos—we will help with the carrier claim.
Returns and personalized orders
Each piece is made from the certificate you uploaded. It is therefore a customized good; except for manufacturing defects or our errors, statutory withdrawal rights may be limited as allowed for personalized products.
If you receive something different from what you ordered, clearly damaged, or with a defective print, email us within a few days of delivery with photos and your order number—we will propose a solution (replacement or refund, depending on the case).
